She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh Stark; her brother Allen Horst; and her uncle Robert. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Stark (Jill) and Steve Stark (Judy); her grandchildren, Jessie and Connor; and her siblings-in-law, Janet and David Bonham. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Humane Society of Missouri in Sandra's honor.
