He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Garner (McMillan) and Richard McMillan; his wife Sandy McMillan; his children, Brett McMillan (Emiley) and Brooke McMillan; his grandchild Beckett; and his siblings, Bill Frey (Sherry) and Nancy McMillan. He was also cherished by many loving nephews and nieces.
