He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Sizemore and Jean Sizemore; his sister Terry Brennan; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Delores Peltz.

He is survived by : his wife Lisa Sizemore; his stepsons, Jason Zakibe (Catherine) and Matt Zakibe; his grandchildren, Luke Zakibe, Olivia Zakibe and Larson Zakibe; and his siblings, Sandra Trupiano, Linda Wofford and Keith Sizemore.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Stray Rescue.
