He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coffey and Bernice Coffey; and his sister Jesse Rose Henderson. He is survived by: his husband Tim; his son-in-law Andrew Newberry; his grandchildren, Charlotte Elise and Austin Michael; and his siblings, Shane Coffey (Katie), Charles Coffey (Michelle) and Jean Prather (late John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Shawn's memory to Christ Church Cathedral would be greatly appreciated by his family.
