He is survived by: his wife Mary Davida Cohen; his son Daniel Cohen; his sisters, Judy Payuk (late Edward) and Linda Mauldin (Tim); and his aunts and uncles, Phyllis Klein, Marlin Klein, Shih Tzu, Lovie and Muffin. He is also survived by his family, friends.
