She was predeceased by: her son Herman Maurice Rich; her parents, William Frank Thompson and Myra Hendricks Thompson; her siblings, Carl Hendricks Jr. and Lorene Thompson Gordon; and her grandson Gabriel Rich.
She is survived by: her children, Terrence Rich (Lisa) of Albemarle, Kimberly Rich of Madison, Illinois, Anthony Rich (Kevra) of Tucson, Arizona, Karla Rich of Belleville, Illinois, Eric Coleman of Fairview Heights, Illinois and Rontrice Gilmore (James) of Belleville, IL. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
