It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Carol Tonkovic (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norbert "Bert" Tonkovic. She is survived by: her children, Deanna Lyman (Terry), Mary Beth Frazier (Todd), Brenda Ritzen (Jay), Dennis Tonkovic (Kelly) and Dawn White (Tom); her grandchildren, Claire (Taylor), Danielle (Jordan), Jeffrey (Taylor), Rebecca, Christopher (Kailyn), Nicole (Alec), Stephen, Savannah, Luke, Joseph, Zachary and Emma; and her great grandchildren, Jaden, Madden, William and Natalie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South County Chapel (4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church (4900 Ringer Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129).
