She is survived by: her grandmother Carol Ballard; her mother Patricia Ballard; her children, Trinity Ballard, Sunni Ballard, Charli Ballard and Clayton Ballard; her sister Lyndsey Ballard; her brother-in-law Tyler Skaggs; her nieces, Madilynn and Alexandria Ballard-Skaggs; and her close friends, Nikki, Stephanie and Amber.
