Spain (Hooper); his children, Thomas, Robert and Jennifer; his granddaughter Lillie Sams; and his siblings, Pam Spain (Goble), Barbara Spain (Richards), Laura Spain Harrop (Mike), Eston D. Spain, Jr. (Dude) and Larry Spain (Courtney). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and so many very dear friends.
