She was predeceased by: her father Harold L. Ferrell; and her brothers, Michael and James Ferrell. She is survived by: her mother Shirley J. Ferrell; her children, Lisa Grunwald (Jack Mueller), Neil Crutchfield (Denise Bohannon) and Thomas Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ortiz, Kara Crutchfield, Hunter Grunwald and Michael Crutchfield; and her husband Bruce Crutchfield.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoffmeister South County Chapel (1515 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM.
