He is survived by: his wife Jenny Lee Burbank; his children, Betsy Robart (Denny), Amy Ghidoni (Donny) and Tom Burbank Jr. (Kay); his grandchild Serenity Ghidoni; and his brothers, Jerry Burbank (Jackie) and Russell Burbank (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
