He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. and W. Jean; and his son Thomas Joseph (TJ). He is survived by: his caregiver Paula Jo; and his siblings, Barb, Fran, Laura and Steve (family: Q'ing). He is also survived by nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Childrens Hospital or the Mid West Transplant Center all in St. Louis Mo.
