We announce the death of Thomas L. Mazurek in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Mazurek; and his siblings, Joey and Patricia. He is survived by: his mother Martha Mazurek; his children, Jennifer Lewandowski (Jason), Jeff Mazurek (Amy), Julie Hubbard (Andrew) and Derek DeClue (Melanie); his grandchildren, Taylor, Trevor, Natalie, Lola, Lane, Jayden, Piper, Layla, Jackson, Lawson, Clara, Owen, Reece and Grayson; and his siblings, Jim Mazurek (Lori) and Mary Ann McMillin (Conrad).
