She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Webb; her parents, Paulas "Gid" Bounds and Jewell Bounds; her son Danny Webb; and her siblings, Virginia Elder, Milford Bounds, Pauline Royer, William Bounds and Debra Peña.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Lambert (Terry) and John Webb (Kathy); her grandchildren, Garrett Webb (Katy), Andrea Webb, Lindsay Clifton (Steven) and Haley Webb; and her great grandchild Harrison Webb.
Memorials: Velma's family suggest that donations in her memory be made to Little Brushy Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
