She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Enrico "Hank" Migneco; her children, Christine Macarthy (Tom), Edward Migneco (Nicole Fulcher), Grace Barry (late John) and Lynda Reeder (late Michael); her grandchildren, Anna Migneco (Aaron Willis), Benjamin Reeder, Tate Macarthy (Margaret), Gina Migneco (Vince Campanale), Will Macarthy (Hannah), Luke Macarthy, Nina Migneco (Taylor Waddilove), John Barry, Kathleen Barry, Olivia Barry and Eric Macarthy; her great grandchildren, Audrey Renee Macarthy and Hallie Rae Macarthy; and her brother Anthony Pona (Ginny).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Virginia's memory to Memory Care Home Solutions would be greatly appreciated by her family.
