He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhyllis LaVon and Ernest Franklin Bandy; his grandmothers, Margaret Oldham (Hammond) and Ollie May Clem; his aunts and uncles, Howard Bandy, Russell Leo Bandy, Gladys Fray, Claude Hunt and Carl Hunt; his cousins, Ralph R. Bandy, Phyllis M. Gage, Kenneth Gage, Judith Donahue and Ashley Donahue; and his pets, Tommy, Cleo, Squeaky, Osita, Hannah, Phoebe and Alpine.
He is survived by: his cousins, Julia Bandy-Negrete, Rafael Negrete, Rafael Liam Negrete, Evelyn Negrete, Patrick Donahue, Lesley Donahue, Lillian Williams, Kenneth Williams, Jeffrey Williams, Elizabeth Black, Margaret Dambrell, Donald Donahue, Michael Donahue and Terri Donahue.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wayne's memory to Habitat for Humanity or the APA, organizations he supported and cared deeply about during his lifetime.
