He is survived by: his partner Delicia Rayford; his children, Reka Neil, Devontae Owens, Dante Owens, Demond Neil, Aliyah Neil and Ajah Neil; and his siblings, Tyron Neil (Bridgette), Blanche Snider, Tandra Brooks (Eugene) and Tracy Williams. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The Old Orchard Gallery (39 S Old Orchard Ave, Webster Groves, MO 63119).
