He is survived by: his son Jaxon of Springfield; his parents, Jeanne Mann (John) of Clayton, Missouri and Donald Cook (Patty) of Jacksonville; his brother Jason Cook (April) of Tucson; his nephews, Andrew and Dylan Cook of Tucson; his sister Tiffany Cannon (Rob) of Ellabell; his niece Emily Cannon of Statesville, Georgia.; his stepbrothers, Jid Vincent (Michelle) of Girard and Dane Vincent of Springfield; his nieces, Grace Vincent of Columbia and Lydia Vincent of Girard; and his stepsister Angela Mann of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
