He was predeceased by: his wife Patty Ortega; his parent Antonia Minks (Gregory); his brother Kenny Gentile; and his brother-in-law Kevin Corder. He is survived by: his girlfriend Teresa Scott; his daughter Angel Ortega; his granddaughters, Haliey, Lainey and Kaliey Joyner; and his siblings, Connie Neuone (Whiskey), Tina Ortega, Jessica Ortega (Shane) and Mark Soughers. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
