He was predeceased by: his spouse Peggyann C. Wilcox; his sister Patricia A. Merrill; and his parents, Raymond H. Wilcox and Myrtle C. Wilcox. He is survived by: his sons, William J. Wilcox (Dianne) and Mark R. Wilcox (Lori); his grandchildren, Benjamin Wilcox (Amy Treat), David Wilcox, Ian Wilcox (Samantha Schnittger) and Madeline McDermott (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Berklee Wilcox and Agnes McDermott.
