Tate; his stepdaughter Queen Esther; his grandson Percival; and his siblings, Kathryn Smith, El Catheryn, Virginia Sowell, Charles Garner, Johnny Garner (Billie) and Ulysses Garner (Lillie). He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, and a host of family and friends.
