He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel and Ralph; and his sister Tiffany. He is survived by: his children, Sophia Marie and Nolan Maxwell; his significant other Crystal; and his siblings, Shaun, Jeremiah and Jennifer. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
