He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Rockers and Rose Rockers (Ihler); his siblings, Martha Giesing, Clarence W. Rockers (Julianne), LaVerne Tyree, Dolores Hentges (Ralph), Richard Rockers, Ruth Rockers and Marcella Crocker (Freddie); his parents-in-law, Frank and Beulah Seaver; his sister-in-law Leorae Korsmeyer (Clyde); and his nieces, Mary Carol Schmid, Clarice Benke and Becky Korsmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Judy of St. Martins; his children, Jacquelyn Sue "Jackie" Coakley (Jay) of Jefferson City, Kathy Leigh Jarman (Bob) of Jefferson City, Paul Anthony Rockers (Tina Wibberg) of Jefferson City and Philip Ray Rockers (Trish) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Leslie Philbert-Torres (Michael), Ashley Philbert, Megan Cook (Brad), Chelsea Wright, Gregory Jarman (Victoria), Jeffrey Jarman (Hannah), Jennifer Jarman, Hayden Rockers, Noah Rockers (Taylor), Grant Rockers (Miranda), Miles Rockers, Jessi Kempker (Zack), Dakota Libbert (Rebecca), Bryar Boeckmann and Lexi Boeckmann; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Rockers of Jefferson City and Russell Seaver (Gayle) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by twenty nine great grandchildren.
