He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise; his children, Tina Taggart of Novinger, MO, Laura Lanne Decker (Randy) of Pensacola, FL, Tonya Suzanne Toebben (Dennis) of Taos, MO and Mitchel Ross Taggart (Sherrie) of The Villages, FL; and his stepchildren, Carol Forck (Tony) of Taos, MO, Kathy Welch (Jim) of St. Martins, MO, Karen Wankum (Mike) of St. Martins, MO, Darrell Singer (Rita) of Taos, MO and James "Jimmy" Singer (Cathy) of Taos, MO. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, 11 Step-Grandchildren, and 23 Step-Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Judes Children Research Hospital, or to St. Martin Catholic Church.
