He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fredrick and Cleta Kay Myers (Larson); and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Catherine Thornburg. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Thornburg; his daughters, Melissa Petty of Jefferson City and Kayla Cole (Jared) of Holts Summit; his siblings, Beth Benward (Jeff) of Jefferson City, Amy Collins (Tim) of Jefferson City, Janice Williamson (Mike) of Arizona and Kurt Myers of Sturgeon; his grandchildren, Makai Petty, Riley, Bailey, Rayelyn Cole and Ezra Ratcliff; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Thornburg (Shari), Danny Thornburg, Terry Thornburg (Shelley) and Kim Thornburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
