She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Wood and Mary Viola Kiser Wood; her sons, Ronald James Brixey and Dennis Gene Brixey; her husband Fred Brixey; her siblings, Dale Wood, Dorothy Cobb (Wood), Paul Wood, Frances Lorene Morris-Worth (Wood), Pauline Wilbanks (Wood) and Audrey Oliver (Wood); and her sister-in-law Oralee Cearley (Brixey) of West Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great, and great great nieces and nephews.
