He is survived by: his wife Betty Lea Miller; his children, Don Carl Miller and Katherine Waelder (Jack); his grandchildren, Tricia Lynn Ball (Steven), Tammy Lynn Bowlby (Brandon), Jared Carl Miller (Sara) and Samantha Ann Heller (Steven); and his siblings, Jerry Miller (Mary), Shirley Stultz and Vadna Viscotie (Tom).
