He is survived by: his wife Sherry Chapman; his daughter Lisa Fuentes; his grandchildren, Brandon MacFarland (Katie), Steven MacFarland, Breana MacFarland and Phillip Hamblin; his great grandchildren, Graci MacFarland, Leon MacFarland, Zoey MacFarland, Ashton MacFarland, Evelyn MacFarland and Levi Hamblin; and his brother George Chapman.
