He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Koeppe; his parents, Arthur Tolbert and Evelyn Tolbert; his daughters, Carrie Spalding (John) and Rebecca Smith (Daryl Kyle); his grandchildren, Julia Spalding, Kirk "Ethan" Smith, Allyson Spalding and Blake Smith; and his brother Douglas Tolbert.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
