He is survived by: his children, John (Kimberly), James Lake (Sarah), Toby Lake, Scott Lokke (Heidi), Shawn Lokke and Shannon Nelson (Richard); his grandchildren, Evelyn Lake, Rosalie Lake, Jade Lake, Todd Whitmore (Loryn), Grace Lokke, Madeline Lokke, Marissa Lokke, Brekken Lokke and Adler Lokke; and his great grandchildren, William Whitmore and McKenna Whitmore. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
