It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles K. McGrew (Saint Peters, Missouri), who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline A. McGrew and Charles E. McGrew. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his daughter Christy (Todd); and his grandchildren, Marley and KC. He is also survived by his five sisters, several brothers- and sister-in-law, cousins, numerous nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.

“For several years in the early 1980's, Chuck was my roommate at 5401 Rockhill Road. He was quite a character. I remember on Friday night, we had closed down Mike's Bar on Troost. We had walked there, and now it was snowing heavily. When we approached the Rockhill home, I noticed that the windows were "sweating". We walked in, and here is Chuck in his underwear watching TV. It was 93 degrees in the house! Godspeed, my friend and rest easy. I will see you on the other side.”
