She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forshee and Betty Witherspoon; and her daughter Erica Faulkner. She is survived by: her husband Neil Kohlfeld; her daughter Michelle McCrary (Richard); and her grandchildren, Carrie Hampshire and Jordan Faulkner (Pierce Bank). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
