He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moxley and Sara Frances Moxley; and his sister-in-law Donna Moxley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dotty" Moxley; his sons, Donald Moxley (Tasha), Paul Moxley (April) and Jonathan Moxley (Moira); his grandchildren, Maggie, Ben, Alex, Colin, Peter, Maya, Luke and Louis; and his siblings, Connie Hopkins (Ed) and Jim Moxley (Tammy).

Memorials may be made in Don's name to St. Charles Friends of Birthright, St. Vincent DePaul, or masses.
