With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Donald G. Funderburk in Saint Peters, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Donald left this world on July 25, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Denise; his parents, Donald S. Funderburk and Orpha W. Briggs; his stepfather Archer Briggs; his brothers, Duane Briggs (Maggie) and Myrl Briggs (Linda); his brother-in-law Bob Panico (Sheryl); and his daughters-in-law, Robin Caldwell Funderburk and Judith "Judy" McPipkin Funderburk.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Funderburk, Daniel Funderburk (Stacy) and Kimberly Montgomery (Kent); his grandchildren, Christopher Funderburk, Samuel Funderburk (Laurel), Mikayla Siebert (Seth), Annika David, Matthew Montgomery and Sebastian Montgomery; his great grandchild Jaime Funderburk; his sister Sheryl Panico (Bob); and his sister-in-law Linda Briggs (Myrl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as family members friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Church (318 S Duchesne Dr, St Charles, MO 63301).
