He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Owens and Anna Owens; and his sisters, Barbara Martin and Natalie Bidwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Cheryl Bull (Steve), Brian Owens, Kent Owens (Vickie), Mark Owens (Michelle) and Chris Owens (Tammy); and his former wife Joan Eck. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
