He is survived by: his children, Brian Lindsey and Anita Halbrook (Rodger); his grandchildren, Rachelle Scavotto (Nick) and Daniel Halbrook (Olivia); his great grandchild Henry Scavotto; and his siblings, Nelson Lindsey, Clarence Lindsey, Charlene Eversgerd and Loran Lindsey (Debbie).

Memorials may be made in Jackie's name to Fairmount General Baptist Church.
