He is survived by: his mother Cordelia Frank (late Robert); his brother Steven Eggert; his sister-in-law Nancy; his sisters, Cheryl Milligan (Chris) and Veronica Milligan (Andy); and his brother-in-law Charlie Milligan. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
