He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Kleeschulte and Marcella Kleeschulte; his parents-in-law, Herb and Bernadine Seeler; his daughter Cathy A. Dill; and his brother Richard A Kleeschulte (Peggy).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kleeschulte; his children, Connie Buffington (Matt), Kenny Kleeschulte (Carolyn) and Karen Struckhoff (Ken); his son-in-law Steve Dill (Rose); his grandchildren, Stephanie Buatte (Josh), Jessica Kubik (Scott), Danielle Struckhoff, McKenzie Struckhoff, Ryley Struckhoff, Sara Kleeschulte, Natalie Kleeschulte and Delaney; and his great grandchild Dillon Kubik. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to St. Charles County Sports Hall of Fame.
