He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stephany and John Wisniewski. He is survived by: his daughter Hailie Simmerman; his mother Judith Wisniewski; his siblings, Kenny, Debbie, Keith Sr. (Diane), Tricia (Phillip) and Amanda; and his siblings' children, Ashley, Jaime, Christopher, Tony, Taylor, Madison, Alex, Kylie, Keith, Kevin, Gabbi and Katie.
