She is survived by: her mother Judith Ann Kaestner; her children, Christopher Jacob (Rebekah), Kyle Jacob (Mandy) and Zachary Jacob (Samantha); her grandchildren, Riley, Rosealia, Reuben, Carletta, Carmen, Cash, Justin, Gwendolyn, Lilian and Declan; her sibling Gail Kube; her sibling's children, Madison and Carlye; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Everly Kennedy and Novalee Kaestner.
Memorials may be made in Karen's name to the American Cancer Society.
