He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Sullivan and Nadine K. Sullivan; and his brothers, Kelly F. Sullivan and Kerry P. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Sullivan; his daughters, Sarah L. Brooks (Scott) and Lisa N. Sullivan; his grandchildren, Kylie M. Ernst, Addison E. Ernst and Xander A. Brooks; and his brother Kevin M. Sullivan (Sue). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many many friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association in Keith's honor.
