She is survived by: her daughter Hayley Surratt (Chad); her father Olvis Strickland; her brother Raymond Strickland; her partner's children, Chayse, Ava Vaughan, Hayley Cichacki (Mike) and Brittany Meyer (Kevin); and her pets, Butch and Pebbles.

Memorials may be made in Kelly's name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
