He is survived by: his spouse Missy Bailey; his mother Carole Bailey; his children, Jordan Burks (Mike) and Danielle Mills (Erick); his grandchildren, Mason, Tyson, Logan, Quinn and Jack; and his sister Tonya Smith (Mike).
