She is survived by: her son Jason Mark Smith; her daughter-in-law Lauren Elizabeth Smith; her brothers, Larry Douglas Smith, Kevin Eugene Smith and Stephen Ray Smith; and her granddaughters, Samantha Rose Smith and Hailey Jean Smith.
