With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Erma Skinner (Saint Peters, Missouri), who passed away on December 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Skinner; her children, Lou Ronna Richardson and Gary Wayne Skinner; her grandson Daniel Richardson; her parents, Cratis Rapert and Nellie Rapert; and her siblings, Ila Irene Rawlings, Norman Noel Rapert and Paul Deward Rapert.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Bruce Skinner (Cris), Lynden Paul Skinner (Susan), Dale Bryan Skinner (Shelia) and Lorie Faye Ott (Michael); her grandchildren, Sherry Shannon (Rick), Tasha Mueller (Rodney), Nathan Skinner (Paula), Chelsea Bomba, Ryan Skinner (Jessica), Emily Skinner, Mikah Wilkerson (Jessica), Logan Skinner (Taylor), Julie Reed (Dustin), Aaron Polston, Amanda Porteous (Connor) and Lora Hite; her great grandchildren, Ashley Marks (Brandon), Katie McGuire (Dean), Melanie Boehmer (Zac), Ricky Shannon (Emmalee), Jack Shannon (Kristen), Gabriella Mueller, Grace Mueller, Peyton Wiley, Jonah Wilkerson, Harper Wilkerson, Asher Wilkerson, Silas Wilkerson, Emmett Wilkerson, Parker Skinner, Adalyne Hines, Lakota Reed, Cadence Reed, Katelynn Reed, Dustin Reed, Olivia Reed, Anderson Ott, Ashton Ott and Finn Porteous; and her great great grandchildren, Colton Marks, Allison Marks, Henry Marks, Brianna Marks, Evelyn McGuire, Connor McGuire, Kaitlyn McGuire, Madelyn McGuire, Natalie Boehmer, Jessica Boehmer, Austin Boehmer, Lillian Shannon, Elizabeth Shannon and Cassidy Shannon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Hawk Point Cemetery.
