She is survived by: her husband Melvin Struttmann; her children, Cynthia Vavrik (Michael), Gerald Struttmann (Lucinda), Richard Struttmann (Teresa) and Julie Kulawiec (Keith); her grandchildren, Adam Struttmann, Jacqueline Barton, Carly Vavrik (DJ Terral), Katelyn Vavrik, Alexander Ferrara, Gina Struttmann, Adriana Thornton (Tyler), Grace Vavrik and Alyssa Kulawiec; her great grandchildren, Tyson Struttmann, Stevie Vavrik, Donavan Barton, Zoe Terral and Jocelyn Barton; and her siblings, Rita Loseman (Kenneth) and Patrick Hagerty (Judi). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
