He was predeceased by : his parents, George Vance and Vera Vance; and his brother George Vance Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Linda B. Vance; his children, Debbie Vance, Becky McKenzie (late Gary), Lonnie Vance (Jan), Connie Ruff (Doug) and Patty Forchee (Mark); his grandchildren, Brian Stultz, Ryan McKenzie, Jennifer Bailey (Bill), Courtney Welch (Zack), Landon Vance (Claryssa), Lindsay Vance (Mitch DuRoss), Dustin Ruff (Amy) and Madalyn Ruff; his great grandchildren, Madelaine, Mckenzie, Lillian, Evelyn, Sadie and Jolene; and his siblings, Robert Vance (late Bess) and Audrey Conrad (late Gene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made in Ray's name to Vietnam Veterans of America or the Disabled American Veterans.
