It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray M. Phillips of Saint Peters, Missouri, born in Altamont, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Ray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Forrest'Jack' Phillips and Cleta Belle Phillips (Robertson); and his grandson William Matthew Harris. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette W. Bryant of St. Peters, MO; and his children, Dennis Dale Phillips (Enola) of St. Peters, Deborah Theros (Jack) of St. Charles, MO, Brenda Bucol (Kevin) of St. Louis, MO and Teresa McWilliams (Bob) of Perry, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Little Prairie Cemetery.
