Phillips of Saint Peters, Missouri, born in Altamont, Illinois, who passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Bryant of St. Peters, MO; and his children, Dennis Dale Phillips (Enola) of St. Peters, Deborah Theros (Jack) of St. Charles, MO, Brenda Bucol (Kevin) of St. Louis, MO and Teresa McWilliams (Bob) of Perry, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
