He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Keefe; his daughters, Kristina Lodes (Allen), Kimberly Siebers (Ryan) and Kelsey Campbell (Christopher); his grandchildren, Emily Lodes, Kaylee Lodes, Madelyn Siebers, Graham Siebers, Amaya Campbell and Zuri Campbell; his sister Mary Jean Coats; and his brother-in-law Tim Coats. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
