He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Proemsey and Sarah Proemsey; and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his wife Janet Proemsey (Conrad); his siblings, Jerrianne Adams, Bill (Lana), Jim and Tom (Shirley); and his children, Matt, Ben (Shala), Jeremy (Sarah), Kyle, Jill Hartman (Chad), Mike Dixon (Alicia) and Jenny Dixon. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
